Hi, I'm Megan Wargula and I am passionate about dogs and design so I created Hound and Thistle.  I felt there was a void in the market for gifts for modern dog lovers so I have created products that I hope you find are cool, hip, and fun.  While there are a lot of gifts for dog lovers out there, most are more traditional and I wanted to create something more modern, not to mention, I wanted to be able to provide gifts for all dog lovers, not just those who have more common breeds.  Here you can get a gift for that Irish Wolfhound lover and the Borzoi lover in your life!  Also, if you have a mixed breed, send me a good profile photo and I will create a custom silhouette for your dog.

I also believe that human and animal companionship is very important and encourage pet owners to find activities they can do with their pets.  So, we currently offer an Earthdog t-shirt for all you terrier and dachshund owners and are working on other designs coming soon!
